So this my first time writing a blog. As I am sitting thinking about everything that’s going on in the world right now especially with Covid, financial stressors, unemployment, school and unrest. Now is the time more than ever before to make sure that we are caring for ourselves physically, emotionally and mentally. It is important to me that we maintain as much a sense of normalcy as possible. Creating routines can assist in us feeling a sense of security and stability. One of my routines that I follow to maintain mental and emotional wellness is create a space.That includes me lighting a candle and meditating with ocean sounds.
